Why I Built It
This started as a tabletop game tracker. The value is that the system works: it tracks live state, keeps reminders visible, handles expandable data, and reduces forgotten rules or missed interactions during play.
What It Tracks
State
Command points, victory points, turning point state, actions, abilities, and active reminders update without manual note keeping.
Cards
Operator cards stay compact until clicked, then expand to reveal weapons, rules, once per battle toggles, and status controls.
Tooltips
Hover tags explain common rule language quickly without bloating the card view.
Reminders
Passive team abilities stay visible on the side, which keeps the player from forgetting passive effects during interactions.
Preview
The preview functions like a real tracker with sample units. Add or remove command points and victory points, advance the turning point, click operator cards, hover rule tags, toggle limited rules, and add a custom operative.
Why It Works
- It keeps the core play state in one place.
- It provides quick reminders instead of relying on the full rule text every time.
- It makes rules and abilities visible and toggleable.
- Each team is just structured data rendered by the same interface.
